Doug Seubert founded Advantage Consulting Services, Inc. while
living in Chicago. He has experience and training in community organizing, leadership development, program development and
implementation, and non-profit organization management. Seubert was the director of Project REACH, a series of programs funded
by the Illinois Department of Human Services centered on community and youth programs in substance abuse prevention. Seubert
also served as a consultant to the Chicago Public School system, developing youth outreach including mentor programs, tutoring,
peer leadership development and life skills training. Seubert also consulted with Metropolitan Family Services, the South
Chicago Consortium, and the Chicago Alternative Policing Strategy (CAPS). He also served as an Americorps volunteer with the
South Chicago Neighborhood Housing Collaboration, working as a community organizer in different ethnic communities on Chicago's
southeast side.
Seubert now resides in Wisconsin,
providing consulting services to non-profit community and faith-based organizations.
